National Honor Society
NHS membership is one of the highest honors that can be awarded to a high school student.  Students are elected based on outstanding scholarship (3.5 academic GPA), character, leadership and service.

Nominated juniors and seniors will be sent an information form during the first weeks of the third quarter. Students may be excluded from NHS if they fail to uphold the Society's standards. For more information, visit the NHS website at http://www.nhs.us/.

California Scholarship Federation
Students who receive a minimum of three A's and one B in academic subjects on their Valencia Semester report cards may be eligible for membership in the California Scholarship Federation. Applications are available from the advisor during the first four weeks of each semester. DEADLINE IS THE FRIDAY OF THE FOURTH WEEK.
