Dear Parents and Students,
This is my eighth year with PYLUSD, and I am so happy to be part of the ELD Department and the AVID Site Team. I'm also thrilled to have completed a fourth year as an AVID Staff Developer. I also facilitate AVID Pathway throughout the United States. 
I have worked for the California Department of Education as an Item Writer/Reviewer for the new English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC).  This assessment replaced the old CELDT assessment.        
Once again, this summer, I was a Lead Teacher for the PYLUSD ELD Science Camp and loved every minute of it!
