Mrs. Donna Bartelli
My name is Donna Bartelli and I truly enjoy the wonderful student body here at Valencia High School. I completed my student teaching assignment here and received a Clear Crosscultural, Language and Academic Development Certificate and my California Teaching Credential in Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Concepts and Applications in 1997. Prior to that I spent several years working as a computer programmer/analyst and project leader in a large Management Information Systems department. I received a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Economics in 1980 from California State University, Fullerton and a M.A. degree in Teaching in 2001 from Grand Canyon University. I am married and have two sons and a daughter; all three of my children attended PYLUSD schools.

I am proud to be a teacher at Valencia High School and am dedicated to challenging students to meet their full potential. Mathematics is an integral part of preparing for college; I will do all I can to help students meet their academic goals. I believe in setting high expectations, establishing a classroom environment of mutual respect and cooperation, and teaching students that they have the power to succeed academically, and in life, by the effort they put forth and by the choices they make.

I am looking forward to a great school year and want to establish open communication with my students' parents because they are an important part of each child's life and an essential component of success in school. Parents, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
