Language Arts 3 Assignments

Vocabulary is weekly homework. There are usually 15-20 words. I require the students to write the word, definition, 2 sentences they create using the word, and then they draw a picture. This not only helps them with the weekly vocabulary tests, but it also teaches the students how to use the word in context. The homework is always given on Monday and due on Friday when they take the test.
