2019-2020 AP Testing Information

The deadline for purchasing AP exams for all year-long and first semester courses is November 1, 2019 - by 3:30 pm. Any tests ordered after Nov. 1 will be charged an additional $40 per exam, per The College Board.
All AP and IB students of similar courses were provided an AP Order Form. Students should submit their form along with payment to the finance office by Friday afternoon, November 1, 2019. Checks are to be written to Valencia High School.
Students can check with Christine Hughes in the College and Career Center to see if they qualify for a fee reduction, before purchasing exams.
Students taking IB tests need to look over the schedule carefully to see if their IB exams conflict with their AP exams. If so, the student needs to complete a conflict form in Linda Gaunt's office (across from the Principal's office). Students with an IB conflict will take the IB test at the appointed time, and will take their AP exam during late testing.
Students with a second semester AP course will have an opportunity to purchase exams at the regular or reduced-fee price in February, 2020.

NOTE! Only students who are currently enrolled in a VHS AP class can purchase AP exams, and only for the class in which they are enrolled.
