Transcripts

IMPORTANT: The services described below are available only for the 2007 and NEWER graduating classes. No classes before 2007 can use this service as of this writing.

Option 1

The college admissions process has become a little easier for the students of Valencia High School. The district has partnered with Parchment to handle transcript requests electronically for a small fee. It’s easy, it’s secure, and it’s available 24/7.

Parchment.com

Most colleges in the U.S. are going paperless and will soon only accept transcripts online. It’s easy for the VHS students to order their transcript. Log onto Parchment.com to register and follow the set up instructions, select the college you wish VHS to send a transcript, pay online and Parchment will do the rest. Once VHS has released your transcript to Parchment, you will receive an e-mail from Parchment that the transcript has been sent and received to the college of your choice. No more guessing if your transcript was sent!

Option 2

Bring a stamped envelope to Mrs. Laborde in counseling with the college’s address on the front and the student’s name and college ID number under the back tab (see below for an example)
