Language Arts 3 (Period 3) Assignments

Reminder: Friday, the 26th is the last day of first quarter! Please remember that this is the last day any late work from first quarter will be accepted. If you have any late work, it must be received by this day per the syllabus. Thanks!

 

 

Homework DUE Friday, the 7th of September: Please complete "Think Questions: #1-3" about the excerpt from The Scarlet Letter. These will be stamped at the beginning of class tomorrow and will be discussed once the homework has been checked. 

 

 

Classwork DUE Thursday, the 6th of September on Google Classroom. Students will be completing the Vocabulary Slides based on terms located in the excerpt from The Scarlet Letter (5 per team). Each of the five slides will include the following: list the term, definition, identify the part of speech, create an example sentence using the word correctly, and add an appropriate visual image to help recall the definition more easily. 

 

 

The Syllabus Signature Page (Blue Paper) must be signed by at least one parent/guardian and by the student. Once signatures are completed, then please return the signed copy by Thursday, the 30th of August. Thanks!
