Course Description
If you are absent, you can get the notes from here. You should see all the powerpoints downloaded for your convenience to the right of the page. Any films, etc. will be downloaded here.
- If you lost your packet, there is a copy in the classroom in the blue bin
- If you were absent for the Atlas Exercises, I have the books in my room. You can come before or after school to work on them.

PICTOWORD PRESENTATIONS ALTERNATE ASSIGNMENT
If you were absent for vocab presentations/skits, you must follow the following instructions:
- Get the 8 definitions to the words we discussed in class from someone in your pod (have someone email it to you if need be)
- On the same chart (next box over from the definition) you need to draw a picture that shows you understand its meaning. Don't use the pictoword they had for theirs because you will get no credit.
- In the last box to the left on the chart, write a sentence using your new word.

- Read each document individually, then answer the questions for that specific doc. Go in the order of Doc. A- E because each doc builds on to one another.

All of you were assigned the Timeline already in class. Work on the 16 items this week (it will be due when we meet againg). If you lost it, look to at the downloads on this page to get a new one. NO COMPUTER GENERATED TIMELINES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
March 23-27:
In your textbook, read the following pages (pgs 491-496), and answer #1-5 (write out questions and answers to get credit). For #1 (Terms and Names), the words you will be looking for are in BLUE.
