EMPOWERED: Women In Industry -- Save the Date!

The event will be held on October 18, 2023 from 6:30-8:00 pm. EMPOWERED is an opportunity to bring women from a variety of industry sectors together in an evening intended to inspire the next generation of female leaders. We invite captains of industry, to share their insights and experiences about their journey and successes. The goal is to inspire young people to dream big dreams and pursue them, even when faced with adversity. This event has the power to motivate and build resilience in young people to persevere through failure and reach their greatest potential.  

The event is Career Technical Education (CTE) student-led. Students, with the support of their teachers, make the promo videos, program materials, interview panelists, make the refreshments served at the event, and produce a live stream broadcast available to viewers across the country.
