AP Exam Sales- Now through March 18th

AP exams will be available for purchase from February 17th-March 18th. In order to take an AP exam, you must be enrolled in the appropriate class. You will soon be receiving an AP Exam Order Form from your AP teacher. You will need to place a check mark next to each AP exam you plan on taking.

There is a fee of $91 for each exam. If you feel like you cannot afford this amount, see Assistant Principal Watkins to see if you are eligible for the AP fee waiver program. You will need to do that before you pay for the exam. Students can make payments through the Finance Office or online through the webstore. The Finance Office accepts cash, checks (payable to Valencia High School) or credit cards. The webstore only accepts credit cards.

Students must bring their completed AP Exam Order Form with them to the Finance Office in order to make their purchase. After you pay, be sure to check your receipt for accuracy and retain it for your records.

Students who choose to purchase their AP exam(s) through the webstore will need to bring their completed AP Exam Order Form and proof of payment to Assistant Principal Yaung by March 18th.

If you have a conflict with the time for an AP exam due to multiple AP exams, athletics, IB, or some other reason, please see Assistant Principal Yaung. This is your responsibility and should be done by March 18th. Requests for refunds made after March 18th will be charged $15.00.
