Summer Sports Camps 2024
Registration opens May 13th and Closes July 31st
General Information
- Athletes may sign up for more than one sport.
- Please review dates and times of camps to avoid schedule conflicts.
- No refunds will be issued after the start of a given camp.
- If you have any questions about a sport, please call the contact listed.
- No athlete may participate without Home Campus registration, proof of insurance, and a physical on a district clearance form received by the school.

- Physical form- Must be turned in to the Head Coach or Athletic Director only, digital copies will not be accepted.
- Insurance information- Must be turned in to the Head Coach or Athletic Director or uploaded on Home Campus.
Ways to Sign Up
Registration opens May 13, 2024
1. Complete registration (Home Campus) & payment (Check, credit card or money order) credit card payments can be done through home campus
Deliver payment to address listed below in option #2 or bring to first class/practice
Turn in Physical Form to the Head Coach or Athletic Director
Athletes cannot participate unless the completed form is received by the high school Athletic Director or brought to the first class/practice
2. Hand Deliver: (Check or Money Order Only)
Complete Registration Form on Home Campus, credit card payments can be done through home campus
Deliver payment checks or money order to:
