To help you be successful in this course, there are some online tools that you might find helpful.

 

Provided by the textbook publisher are some useful online materials including a copy of the textbook.  Follow these directions to access the material:

  • Login to your PYLUSD email
  • Go to the website www.bigideasmath.com
  • DO NOT fill in the username and password.  Instead CLICK on "Login with Clever."
  • You may have to select the course you are in - Common Core High School and Algebra 2
 

Big Ideas Math also has some apps you can get on your phone:

  • Big Ideas Math Solutions – This will show worked out solutions with answers to the odd problems in the text. (This app is also available as a webpage at bigideasmathsolutions.com .  Just select Common Core High School and then choose your book and then problem.)
  • Big Ideas Math Videos – This provides video lesson tutorials for each section in your book. (This app is also available as a webpage at bigideasmathvideos.com .  Just select Common Core High School and then choose your book and then example.)
